We have an in-house facility for the production, printing, slitting, and cutting of LDPE plastic films.
Our equipment includes:
- Four plastic extrusion machine lines
- Two printing and slitting machine lines
- Four cutting machines
- One form-fit liner machine
The process begins with the raw materials:
- Mixing: LDPE and LLDPE granules, along with other necessary additives, are mixed accordingly.
- Extrusion: This mixed raw material is fed into a plastic extrusion blown film machine, which produces the LDPE plastic film.
- Corona Treatment: The extruded film undergoes corona treatment to improve surface adhesion for printing.
- Printing: The LDPE plastic films are then transferred to the printing department, where they are printed as per customer requirements.
- Slitting and Cutting: After printing, the material is slit and cut to the specified dimensions.
- Packaging: Finally, the finished products are packaged and moved to the finished goods area for storage and dispatch.
